Was making a buttery stuffing and sweet potatoes for dinner, and was looking for an inexpensive Chardonnay that paired well. This certainly fit the bill, with a creamy flavor that reminded me of the Butterbeer from Universal Studios. Has sort of an edgy aftertaste.

All the pieces are there: tartness, butter, citrus. None of them are in balance. The butteriness comes off too forward for the crispness the wine seems to be going for.
