The rating is more for this cool horizontal of 2010 Jack Creek Cellars from Paso Robles (regular, reserve, and Stained, the latter being aged in concrete). Out of the gate, the regular was good, but within 10 minutes the reserve started to take over with fantastic depth. The Stained was still the star in terms of sheer elegance. A really cool tasting from J&V Cellars!
