A good Chardonnay and outside of my normal buttery and creamy go-to. You can tell it's from a terroir that gets the breeze coming off the Pacific Ocean as well as morning fog. It's medium-bodied and acidity, ripe apple notes, a slight mineralality but more tropical fruit like a muted pineapple and mango. The finish is smooth and lingers nicely.
