This kosher Cabernet Sauvignon hails from Paso Robles. It is made from organically grown grapes which were late-harvested and no sulfites were added. Aromas of blackberry, blueberry and boysenberry lead the way, with a light touch of oak and a dollop of that Paso earthiness. The palate is chalky and fruity, the tannins are toothy and the acidity is racy. Allow plenty of time for this wine to open up before pouring it - you’ll be glad you did.
