Very classic Sancerre. Just ripe enough to avoid unpleasant greenness, there’s some fruit, but the terroir really shines through. Some gooseberry fruit but loads of wet limestone and a little Chablis-like brothiness even. In the mouth it’s relatively full, has good acids and great balance.

Ehh. When limited by LCBO. It’s a Sancerre.
