Choosing the selections for a btg list... to choose
Something most folks know and have had and can get most places Or to choose the selections that you haven’t had or don’t see or don’t even know about.
It’s hard to choose for the guest when they are the ones who are choosing. I feel the best a wine director can do is ask and care more than those choosing

Nice RRV Chardonnay! Presents with honeyed lemon..apricots..golden apples..chamomile tea and soft vanilla! This wine is full; I really like that the oak is very mild! Always delicious!

@Ron R agree with your post on this wine a while back- great value. Nice, still a rich somewhat oaky CA Chardonnay but well balanced.

Somewhat citrusy and a little buttery, delicious and easy to drink, buy again!

Very good. Solid. Buttery. A little young. Awesome if $20. Ok, but others are probably better at $40.
