Palate is bracing, rich yet nimble and has terrific concentration but is light as a feather. Rainwater style finish and astonishing purity and freshness. This is so clear and the sugar is perfectly judged. Astonishing wine. Superb energy and freshness. As this airs out the finesse is just swarms the palate.
