Typical perfumy and complex gewurtz nose of lychee, rose, grapefruit, elderberry and white pepper. Bone dry and super clean, I think it would benefit from just a touch more acid on the palate. Otherwise, quite nice.

$15 for the 2020 vintage. Hard to find a dry Gewurtz similar to this one that hits all the floral characteristics of the varietal. great bargain, if you’d like this style.

Not great at all. Hardly any fruit on nose or palate. Mostly alcohol. Not good with food (Chinese takeout) or on its own.

Sep 18th, 2018Very nice dry white, no added sugar so it retained the clean crisp , almost bone dry taste. Smell like tropical fruits, think ripe kiwi. But when I sip it, it's zesty lemon with a bitter finish. Love the character!

aromas show rose, lychee, ripe peach, ripe white pear, fruit cocktail...tasting added ripe apricot, bitter almond skins, under-ripe pineapple, lime, lots of wet stone. palate is so stark after the lush nose that it feels like a bit of a tease.

Awesome Gewurz!! A hint of lychee with delicate notes of rose petals, slight effervescence and a hint of pineapple glaze.
