NeroJbleo Nero d'Avola

2010 seems a little bit overworked. A bit unbalanced, maybe needing some more time before opening. Has potential.

It didn't piss me off. Simple, a little over extracted but hedonistic in a generally pleasing way.

Incredibly pleasing wine, all the virtues of a great Italian red wine with more delineated fruit and completely ripe and integrated tannin. The acidity is on point. The color is deep and dark, but the wine tastes and feels like silk, unreal quality for $20. #sicily #NerodiAvola

Fabulous organically produced Nero D'Avola from Ragusa. Medium- body with richness of sweet cherries, green herbs, licorice. French barrique and tonneaux aged for 1 year
