I love these orange wines from Gravner—always interesting and they never disappoint. Held up extremely well through the first half of an outstanding menu at Berton al Lago on Lake Como. This place deserves another star.

Simply delicious. Tannins that pair well with foods with some fat.

- 2 year’s in old Georgia buried amphora
- 6 year’s in old large barrel (to get oxygen)
- Extended time to release CO2

Drank this with SJ on blood moon 2018. Needs to decant. Starts off gassy. Funky, weird, and just right for the night
