Tasted at 3 St James's with Gramona rep. Cava at its best for this 100% Chardonnay cuvee. 6g/L. Fine mousse. Austere at first sight but great freshness comes through with aeration. Rich, yeasty and wonderfully opulent. Dense. Great finish and persistency with gentle bitterness. Ones for food.
