Inky black-purple glass with a translucent magenta rim. Full on nose of blackberry, blueberry, plum, vanilla, coffee, tobacco, fig and smoke. Velvety and full bodied with very good acid to the palate where dark chocolate, and black fruits predominate. Finishes smooth and long due to round soft tannins with coffee, caramel, chocolate, berries and spice notes. Great with rich dishes or as a sipper. Unbelievable value with good balance and structure for this limited edition $9.49 USD wine. 15% ABV.

A fantastic wine for the price point. Rich dark berries on the nose with a hint of tobacco and leather. A smooth, easy drinker. Great daily wine. I'm totally sold.

A black cherry bomb with notes of limestone and dark chocolate. Easy drinker with steak on a hot summer day (chill before!).

Smooth and silky for a 15% ABV red blend. Unique and bold; surprisingly balanced for the price point. I think at $13 or so at my local Wine Shop, this is an incredible value. Gnarly continues to put out some great Lodi wines at very reasonable prices. This one is rated a 90 I believe on WS / WE. Aromas of black cherry, blackberry, licorice and some spice. This full bodied blend, has a nice richness on the palate, but is just too fruity for my taste.

Definitely taste the chocolate spice and some dark berries. Pretty hot at 15%. Fruity aroma makes it inviting, but disappoints slightly mid palate. Finish is long and somewhat sweet. Overall a good one.

Berry elements cause it to start a little sweet but it finishes with more oak and very smooth.
