Surprisingly fresh. Lemons and grapefruit. Nice acidity. Oak has mellowed with time. Had to dig in the back of shelves to find this one hiding. I may need to explore beyond my mainstay reds. Any favorite Chards with good QPR??

2012 vintage. A very nice oak shaded Chardonnay. I like oak inflected chards as long as the fruit and terrior are also plenty discernable.. with all three present about equally I would rate a Chardonnay a 10. Not quite enough locale personality for me to really get excited withis one but a real pleasure to drink as a good solid every day wine. Recommended.

I'm no Chardonnay expert but his seemed like a decent value. Pear nose, little creaminess on the palate and a apple-ish finish.
