Pale ruby red, day bright. Aromas of strawberries and cream, juicy blackberries and black cherries, a little bit of the welches grapefruit juice going on. Dry, medium plus acidity, unexpectedly noteworthy tannins but we’ll call medium, medium minus body, medium alcohol. A little stemmy. Easy drinking, juicy, fruity and could be a good fall pick. Nothing like a Beaujolais in case you’re wondering!
