Had this over the holidays, this batch was disgorge in June 2019. A Fav! Pale lemon with a fruit and floral bouquet, with biscuit and chalky minerals. Fine bubbles, nice mousse, showing quality. Rich flavors of peach, lemon citrus zest and honey, well balanced, good structure, creamy ending with toasty oak, mineral and yeasty notes on a long finish. Very consistent quality. Nice!

Very nice acidity, with a toasty flavor that lingers in the mouth. Good minerality from the 100% Chardonnay, goes better with buttery dishes. Great value for the price.
