Deep purple in color (I can only see light through the edges of the glass); cassis, black cherries, and graphite on the nose; medium acidity; high tannins; tastes like raspberries, blackberries, hibiscus, wet gravel, and a hint of black pepper with a long fruity finish. I love this wine. Nellie doesn't Iike it.
