A PN made by Foxen exclusively for Emeril’s restaurants, this is a single vineyard bottling from the Solomon Hills Vineyard at Santa Maria valley. Nose is earthy and smoky with hint of violet, but the taste is full of mouth watering red fruits. Medium body, medium to high acidity. A beautiful PN, and paired extremely well with Emeril’s hearty and spicy dishes. Les Bon Temps indeed.
