Dark, opaque, bitter and mineral-driven berry and plum fruit. Dusty crushed rock. Medium finish. Well balanced. Teroldego only as Foradori can manifest.

Lots of flavor, enjoyable wine. A touch too much sour fruit for me.

Didn’t have the rave reaction of some but confirms that it is hard to find a bad wine made in the Dolomites. As some have noted it takes time for some funk to blow off but it is worth the wait.

Not ready, but surprisingly engaging for such a primary wine. Try again in 5 or 10 years.
