Fairly oaky, some light butter notes, citrus, pear, creamy, light acidity. I know Chard clashes with eggs but it handled the impromptu spinach and goat cheese frittata with aplomb.

Gorgeous golden yellow with a tilt towards green. Graham cracker and burnt caramel are all over this mother on the nose. There’s also aromas of bruised apple, pineapple, cinnamon and butter. Full bodied and beautiful, perfectly balanced in oak and acidity. Flavors of bruised apple, cinnamon, and a need to have more.
