Bouquet of cherry, mushroom and petrol - sweet cherry and lemonade in the mouth, with long energetic finish. But oddly, didnt exhibit any tertiary notes with time and it became quite raisin-y by the end of the 2hr dinner. So, I was a bit disappointed with the final drops of wine, not as stellar as the initial impression.
