Pale straw gold. Straw, baked quince, and white pepper on the nose and palate. Fresh (medium plus) acidity surrounded by a medium full palate. Medium, kinda shoesy finish. Made for food. Drink up now.

Pale straw gold. Blousey nose of citrus, minerals, and quince. Medium body palate confirms the nose with a bit of birch zing. Finish is medium in length and gives white peppery pome. The rare California Chardonnay that I will seek out. Great compliment to a wide variety of foods.

Pale straw gold. Quince and muted tropical fruits on the nose and palate where there's a hint of oaky white pepper on the finish. Full mouthfeel, medium acidity. Very food friendly.

Lots of fruit... But there's a certain affectation. Presumably some oak or yeast thing? Meh.
