What a great year. This was just a test. This is a 20+ year wine. Medium. Great structure. Good tannins. Smooth. If you only have a bottle or two then give it another year to check out. But my guess is at 15 this should be shinning.

Open and intense - just like almost every Brunello from this awesome vintage. Fuligni's usually require a few more years aging before they totally blossom. I'd actually almost never recommend them after immediate release but this vintage is different.

Perfectly balanced with a Bing cherry nose and earthy attack on the palette. Excellent, but far too pricey!

Deep, concentrated, and intense. Not shy with oak but the ripeness of fruit and overall structure supports it well. Outstanding.
