We are to another Friday and celebrating the weekend. I have been enjoying the champagnes lately and picked this NV Duval-Leroy Premier Cru Brut Champagne.
On the nose there is strawberry, yeast, toasted bread, creme brulee and caramelized sugar.
On the palate I get white peach, strawberry, lemon zest, lemon grass, biscuit, minerality and graphite shavings.
This champagne has high acidity with a good long finish.
A very nice champagne to be enjoyed anytime. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷

So, there are some sour yeasty feels to this but still such a complex knockout of flavors you’ll think *great journey this* & just keep drinking & smiling.
