Star bright yellow gold. Inviting nose of orange rind and lemongrass. Medium palate of orange rind, yellow flowers, and cut grass with a chamomile softness entry to mid palate. Medium acidity, appropriate for barreled Bordeaux Blanc. This is Doisy-Daëne’s baby sister and the family resemblance shows. Not as complex but every bit as genuine. Great entry fir the uninitiated, and a nice “Tuesday night” wine for the devotee. Drink now.

Stable, flat and easy canvas: a good table white or easy pairing/solo weekday or hot summer night kind of wine. Wont overpower anything, hence a blank canvas on which to work some pairing magic, even if it’s just something simple.

Clean, crisp, great with spicy food. Had with garlic buffalo wings. Loved it.
