A nice and tangy Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles, California.

Showing black fruits with tobacco, chocolates, coffee, spices, light oak and vanilla.

Dry on the palate and fruit forward with medium acidity.

Easy drinking and a good everyday wine. Good by itself or with food. Good party wine, too.

13.9% alcohol by volume.

88 points.

$14.

Among Paso Robles better renditions…silky smooth, low tannin and med-full bodied refined to lush palate tasty w/deep dark berry perhaps cherry but not plums…nice…best with the usual for cabs - meat and lasagna or actually anything…had with Cordon Bleu…

A very pleas t and fruit forward Cab Sav - but well restrained so drinks less like a Californian and more like an Argentinian or a bright French Red…it’s got some old world chops to it which makes this a nice, subtle red to enjoy and evening with. Well structured produces a great finish note that will keep you coming back!

Jammy (a bit too much for me), I get raspberry and strawberry. Dry and peppery. More chocolate and tobacco with some time open
