Opened a magnum of this lovely full bodied Donum Pinot. A treat for sure! Beautiful medium ruby red color. Nose is filled with candy cherry fruit, wet leaves, vanilla strawberry and smoke earthy spices. Wow! —taste of cherry fruit bursts in the mouth with a luscious creamy feel and notes of toasted vanilla, orange peel follow ending with spice dark plum flavors; medium body and long finish.
