Maybe it's the surprise but this is delicious. Canned apricots, saffron, honey, brown spices, oxidized/candied fruits, sweet earthy tones, caramelized. Very lovely and interesting.

Most intensely aromatic dessert wine I've ever had. Like being in a room full of perfectly ripe apricots. Surprisingly balanced by acidity and not cloyingly sweet.

Unreal. Nectarine, quince, rose petals. An a amazing texture, rich and full without being cloying. Great minerality and acidity.
