Pale to Mid Lemon. Minerality with a touch of oak. Somewhat simple but has a nice chalkiness along with Granny Smith green apple flavours. A good example of Petit Chablis.

More in the riper spectrum than one normally gets with Chablis. Stone Fruit notes with a fleshier mid palate. The bottle Disappears quickly.

Pale lemon. Nose of mainly chalky minerality with little Chardonnay fruit and zero oak influence. Crisp acid finish with short term cellaring potential. Enjoyed this with fresh Tasmanian Oysters.

Fresh uncomplicated white wine built for immediate consumption. No oak influence Lacking trademark oyster shell/old jetty but there is minerality. Somewhat simple.

Quite a complex aroma, apricot, peach and melon and a subtle leesy mineraly note. It's dry, leesy and the texture is imperceptibly fine. The pallet is full of tangy apricot bolstered by powerful and fresh acidity that doesn't appear so at first glance. I can't say that the overall wine suits my tastes but there is some outstanding winemaking going on here. This deserves high praise.

Full golden color, it let's hope for a good experience.
On the nose I immediately catch the minerality - and can only ask myself why this superb quality is still in discussion? I didn't let it cool down enough so I only have the wet rock scent, no fruit - maybe apricot - no flower.
Astringent, fresh och it explodes my mouth in a minute.
