Top Notes For
Andrew Cullimore

Medium light ruby . Quite high toned , ripe sweet dark fruits , blackberry compote , dark cherry with a touch of black pepper and floral notes . Slightly sweet and sappy . More blackberry and red currant , ripe strawberry . Mineral , stony touches . Quite sombre tannins , a bit grippy with a touch of bitterness . Balanced acidity and Ok length . Needs a little more time . Probably better in 5 years or so and will last well a further 5-10 . Overall a little severe and rustic perhaps , but time might help round out some of those hard edges.
