This wine has a light straw color with a very slight frizzante quality. The nose shows lemon, apricot, and a floral component. On the palate there is plenty of citrus minerality, a touch of stone fruit, salinity, and an acidity that’s zippy, almost racy. The sip finishes quickly, but leaves minerals and Meyer lemon behind. Use it as an aperitif or pair it with oysters or shellfish of any sort.
