Bright. Nice acid. W/Seafood.

Super light, clean, delicious, great value.

Clean mineral. Light acidity. Would be great with green veggies like Brussels.

Minerally, nice with fish

Crisp, apple, citrus/lemon, mineral

Refreshing, fairly smooth, not sweet

A summer afternoon this hot calls for many well-chilled glasses of good Muscadet. Pretty traditional one here for the most part although there is the slightest honeyed aspect to it that I've not quite experienced in other Muscadets yet, but it's certainly not unappreciated. Bright lemon citrus, briny sea spray salinity and wet stone minerality, Parmigiano cheese rind, the classic sur lie yeastiness and a bit of yellow apple delivered with very high and focused acidity. Super refreshing and exactly what I want right now.

Struck by the honey quality of this. Don't normally get that in muscadet. Lovely with shrimp scampi.
