Just a pure, delicious burgundy Pinot noir

I'm not familiar with this producer and bought this bottle totally in the dark. Surprisingly good, usual scents of tobacco and leather bring the tastes of black plum and ripe cherry. Great Bourgogne

Ripe strawberries, tart cherries, blood & iron (as another reviewer so accurately observed) and a rustic, old world mustiness.

Musty on the nose, bright tart cranberries/cherries on the pallet.
