09. One of the best straight Bourgogne Rouge I've ever tasted. Took five hours to get there, but off the charts.

aromas are smokey, earthy minerality, funk, black cherry, cedar sawdust, tart cranberry, cinnamon...the palate shows wood, earth, faint unripe red cherry, some crunchy red apple....nice acidity and faint licorice and tannins on finish.
