Drinks more like a very good corton than a chablis. Wine is round and very smooth but I miss the chalk, the acidity and minerality of a chablis.

Enjoyed with friends for a special drink before a meal. Very special, extremely easy to drink however does not have a big punch!!! Thankful that this 2004 has not corked :) thoroughly enjoyed!!!
