Light golden color with bubbles that quickly subsided in the glass, though the effervescence remained. Medium bodied with a light nose of yellow fruit, some stone fruit, cumquat, and wet stone. The palate is off dry, with good Chenin character and minerality. Crisp yellow fruit and a looong dry finish that emerges and stays mid-palate with fruit for a while after the sip. Good juice!
