Drank with Jumbo’s precooked sausage and grilled chicken, potatoes with gravy, and beans at Camp. 11/13/18. First opened: still cool from wine cellar. Bright fruit, but light. Sausage brings out some spice. After opens up: Strawberry, raspberry, some acid, roses, lighter but medium-length finish. Light tannins and smooth mouthfeel. Reminds me of lighter version of Pommards I’ve had.
