I don’t know what $1,000 white burgundy tastes like but it can’t be that much better than this one. Wonderfully balanced, a touch of age but not overpowering in oak. Pairs perfectly with roast chicken.

Bottle was not cold enough but I really liked it nevertheless. Lime, precise and with acidity. R was right that there was oak as I know realise it was vanilla

I very much enjoyed this 2015. It has an excellent balance of minerality and citrus; Very approachable and will pair well with many foods
