May 26th, 2016Lemons, flowers, freshly laundered linen, not a lot of minerals, more citrus and cream. Very cutting acidity still, the barest hint of the butterscotch I associate with age...definitely not premox'd. Very good, probably will live at least a couple decades at this pace...reds for the Caps game to come :)
