Absolutely delicious. Extremely expressive aromatics out if a zalto, I felt the structure didn't match the aromas. Remarkably fresh as well. Hardly showed any signs of age really.

Raspberry pie and cheese danishes. Came out swinging against the Balthazar cdr 2011. This is a classic wine...feel like I'm drinking what jamet drinks with dinner. Fantastic.
