Masculine and meaty. Nose shows notes of black cherries, roasted red fruits, cranberries, earth, spice and savory notes. The palate is very balanced with concentrated and complex notes of red fruits, cherries, meat, savory spice and Unami notes with a pure uplift of minerality.
