Côte Rôtie Syrah

Just stunning. Nose is full on Cote Blonde on beast mode. Meaty beyond belief. Abattoir vibes. Gorgeous violets and insane florals. Just a symphony. Wild mint, herbs and so much more. Juicy and structured and needs mega air but my god the tannins and so fine and so well knit. But also big and dominant. This will settle. It always does. I’ll be back. It’s settled. Nose is even meatier. Fruit on palate is darker and sweeter. Tannins melting into sweet fruit.
