Nose is 2/3 fresh wine and 1/3 oxidized wine. So fascinating and has terrific lift and intensity. So mineral and hints of high class peanut butter. Nutty as well. Spring onion and lime zest. Wet earth and sweet spices. Really great. Palate has piquant acidity, hints of luscious oxidative notes and clear flavors of grilled nuts. So good. Awesome acidity and freshness and brilliant length and clarity. A great wine. This is so luscious and juicy. Just a wonderful wave of classic Jura white.
