Acquired from the Don Stott cellar. 2 cm fill for a 33 yr old bottle. Medium gold color. Notes of apricot, honey, clove, white clay earth and some spice. Lots of acidity in the mouth. Great length in the finish. The fine-grained acidity lingers, and with air the profile gets a bit sweeter. Was still singing 8 hours into the evening. Great wine. BDay dinner 5/12.

Poured a medium yellow-gold color (looked like a 4-5 year old Chardonnay), initially lots of SO2 that blew off in 5-10 minutes, amazing depth, minerality, cut, more than sufficient acidity to carry this 10+ more years, really pretty much a perfect bottle of Les Clos!!!
