Medium gold, nice weight in the glass. Sweet nose. Notes of citrus, white flowers, sweet apricot, some stone. Lots of acidity in the mouth. This was flamboyant and the most attractive of the 3 Raveneau's tonight.

Comparing these two (#2000 & #1996) was a delight...this 1996 was only slightly more evolved with a pronounced nuttiness and a touch more depth...BRAVO #BLANCHOT! #chablis #grandcru #FrancoisRaveneau
