This is the Lumpp La Paulee (KLWM)…Lovely Burgh, on the lighter side, more like a Cru Beaujolais but with a Burgh’s dark red color and a little more subtle; not really one dominant flavor, would go with rustic cherry; pairs more with lamb or pork vs steak or ribs. Not even sure it needs more age….Opens nicely after a couple hours. Excellent
