This wine is aging quite nicely and is at a point where it offers intense butterscotch and caramel (green) apple flavors with a lovely saline quality. I think I might let my remaining bottle age for another 3 to 5 years just to see where it goes.

Has evolved into a fantastic wine. Sweet Apple, almost cider like. Also lemon and some spice. Fantastic.
