Domaine Fabien Coche Bourgogne Aligoté 2019: Light-bodied. High acidity. Profound citrus flavors (lemon, lime & grapefruit) followed by green apple, pear, minerals & a touch of oak. Soft dry finish. This was a beautifully bright & refreshing wine I wanted to share with others therefore I made it my sole white wine selection for last week’s UHM Wine Tasting fundraiser!
