bunch of toasty oak note, tabacco, spice, minerality, yellow apricot on the nose. med p body, med p acidity, lemon rind, hint of citrus fruit and yellow apricot comes with hint of minerality and very light bitter structure. Med plus finish, great with smoked salmon with croissant. Drinking with pizza with jambon tonight. Still very young but promising after 5 years.
