Clear Ruby. Rustic nose, red fruit, leaves and a little bit of game. Medium body backed by great acidity. Very long finish. This got better and more complex as the night went on. No rush to drink. Delicious.

Med plus body, med plus acid, rich texture comes with hint of fruit and structure finish. Med plus finish of ripen cherry and hint of coffee grind. Young, Drunk with scallop with asparagus and creeamed risotto / fish of the day.
