Finished up the evening with some Burgs, this bottle was prime time. Fruit and acid almost perfect. Fruit still slight overpowering on the front of the palate. Yet so damn good. A stand out even at the end of a long evening.

Night 1 San Antonio. This was audozed for 6 hours and decanted for 2 before we tasted. Still quite young but oh so elegant. Black and red cherries, fresh herbs, damp earth and spice cake. As silky as Hugh Hefner’s robe.
